Intervest Retail invests exclusively in Belgian commercial property on prime locations: inner-city shops, retail warehouses and shopping centres.
At present the portfolio is composed of 270 lettable units, spread over 94 different locations.
On 30 June 2010, 46 % of the portfolio consists of inner-city locations and 54 % of retail warehouses and shopping centres. On 30 june 2010, the total fair value of the investment properties amounts to € 328 million.
On 30 June 2010, the total occupancy rate reaches 99,1 %.
Intervest Retail has been registered as a property investment fund in the list of Belgian investment institutions since 22 December 1998, and is quoted on NYSE Euronext Brussels.
