<description><![CDATA[ <p>This new complex was built by Intervest Retail in 2008. The former commercial building existed of 3 ground floor shops of 485m&sup2; in total. The upper floors were left unutilised. The building deteriorated gradually and big renovation works were inevitable.</p><p>In 2006 Intervest Retail decided not to renew the tenants&rsquo; leases and to redevelop the whole site. When the building became vacant in 2007, redevelopment works were started and a new commercial-residential complex was built. </p><p>The basement, the ground floor and the first floor &ndash; 1,300m&sup2; in total &ndash; is let to H&amp;M. The 11 luxurious apartments on the upper floors are for sale. Currently there are still two available.
