On 13 October 2011 Intervest Retail has acquired the inner city shopping centre Galerie d’Harscamp in Namur. The complex has 17 shops that are let to Club, Belgique Loisirs and Kipling amongst others.
Namur has a young and vibrant commercial environment with a shortage of commercial surfaces. Intervest Retail will combine smaller units in the Galerie d’Harscamp into larger shops of over 500sqm which will be a unique opportunity on the Place de l’Ange.
