Project Vilvoorde

This building existed of 3 ground floor shops of 485m² in total. The upper floors were left unutilised. The building deteriorated gradually and big renovation works were inevitable.

In 2006 Intervest Retail decided not to renew the tenants’ leases and to redevelop the whole site. When the building became vacant in 2007, redevelopment works were started and a new commercial-residential complex was built.

The basement, the ground floor and the first floor – 1,300m² in total – is let to H&M. The 11 luxurious apartments on the upper floors are for sale. Currently there are still 2 available. For more information, please contact michele.braeckman@intervest.be.
