Redevelopment Andenne

 

Intervest Retail has redeveloped its retail warehouse park in Andenne that was struck by a fire in 2006.

The new and modern retail park has a lettable surface of 5,721m², which is over 20% more than before the fire. Incidentally, the whole neighbourhood is being revived. Many promoters are building several apartments on the initiative of the Town of Andenne.

The commercial ground floor is let to Red Market (Delhaize’s new concept), Casa, Charles Vögele, Koodza (Decathlon’s new concept), Planet Video and Chaussures Ramelot. The first floor is let to fitness club Fit Emotions. All shops opened their doors in 2009.

The gross yield of this project amounts to 8,3 %.
