Description built to suit project
In 2020 Intervest realised a sustainable built-to-suit expansion on the logistics site in Merchtem for ZEB Logistics. The former distribution centre of more than 7,000 m² became a warehouse of more than 14,000 m² including a mezzanine of approximately 1.000 m², which house among other things the company’s own photo studio. After delivery the entire site was certified BREEAM In-Use ‘Very Good’. Thanks to this build-to-suit extension, ZEB, a Belgian clothing retailer, can focus on further growth in the field of distribution and e-commerce.
