Gold for the Annual report 2019 and Silver for the Sustainability report 2019

The Intervest Offices & Warehouses 2019 Annual report has received again the EPRA Gold Award at the annual European Public Real Estate Association conference. It is the sixth time in a row that Intervest is being rewarded with the Gold Award for its annual report from this renowned association that pleads for an improvement of transparency and consistency of financial reporting.

EPRA issues recommendations in the so-called BPR Best Practices Recommendations, offering a framework for comparability in the real estate sector. You will find more information in the EPRA BPR report.

EPRA has also extended this to recommendations and reporting related to sustainability, the so-called sustainability BPR. The Intervest Sustainability report 2019, the first edition, won immediately a price and received an EPRA sBPR Silver Award and an EPRA sBPR Most Improved Award. These Awards are an acknowledgement of the continuous effort that Intervest makes to ensure consistent and transparent reporting in the financial area and on sustainability level.
