In the spotlight
Mechelen Campus consists of a 60 m-high tower block surrounded by ten lower office blocks, all connected by an underground car park. The grounds between the buildings house a beautiful garden with picnic space and a pond, perfect for a relaxing, short break. In total Mechelen Campus offers approximately 50.000 m² of office space. Mechelen Campus was designed as an interactive community in which Intervest and Quares, the on-site manager, provide an extensive range of services and efficient support for all aspects involved in a business park.
An extensive range of facilities (ironing service, fitness, resto and catering, 7/7 helpdesk,…) boosts the sense of community among the businesses present and makes daily life on the Campus as agreeable and comfortable as possible. This allows companies and their employees to focus enthusiastically on their core tasks.
Mechelen Campus is easy to access and offers a geographically central location. This strategic location between Brussels and Antwerp, close to the E19 motorway and the connection to the A12 via the N16, makes this campus an ideal place for business.
With bus 6 (Mechelen Noord) you can reach the Mechelen Campus from the Mechelen train station in 20 minutes. The bus also stops at the entrance to the campus and drives three times an hour every working day. Public transport is also available during the weekend. In addition, De Lijn's timetable is coordinated with that of NMBS to ensure a smooth connection.
Apart from the regular public transport, Intervest offices & Warehouses provides a shuttle service. With 4 rides in the morning and 4 rides in the evening, this shuttle brings your employees easily to and from the station.
