Project description
Five 4 U opted to have Intervest’s specialised turnkey solutions team supervise the design of its customised offices. In light of the new ways of working and the growing use of new technologies in business, organisations are increasingly looking to outsource the design and fitting-out of their office environment in exchange for a market-compliant fee. Intervest ensured a fully customised solution, ranging from design and supervision of the works to coordination of the occupancy process, and closely monitored the pre-set timeframe and appointed budget.
