Publication of a transparency notification

As at 1 March 2024 Intervest Offices & Warehouses received a transparency notification dated 29 February 2024 by (int. al.) BlackRock Inc., BlackRock Advisors (UK) Ltd., BlackRock Fund Advisors, BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, National Association, BlackRock Investment Management (Australia) Ltd., BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Ltd.. By virtue of the transfer of financial instruments at 28 February 2024, the threshold of 5% has been crossed (downward).
