Intervest Offices & Warehouses is a public regulated real estate company (RREC) under Belgian law, listed on Euronext Brussels since 1999.

Intervest specialises in investments in high-quality office buildings (39%) and logistics real estate (61%). This real estate is strategically situated in good locations: the logistics real estate on the major logistics axes and the offices in both the inner cities and on campuses outside the cities.

Over the years, as can be found in History and milestones, the total leasable space has grown to 1.040.717 m² and represents a fair value of € 891 million. 

Intervest positions itself as a real estate company that goes beyond merely leasing square metres. Intervest goes beyond real estate. By listening to the customer, brainstorming with them and making plans for the future, Intervest and its team of approximately 46 people is able to “unburden” around 220 of its customers and do its work sustainably.

Intervest’s investment strategy is based on 2 pillars: increased focus on logistics real estate and a solid grounding in the office market.

Intervest aims to have its real estate portfolio increase to a fair value of € 1 billion by the end of 2019. The growth of the real estate portfolio will be realised primarily in the logistics real estate, both in Belgium and the Netherlands. However, the office buildings will always comprise an essential part of the portfolio.

In terms of directors and risk management Intervest applies the corporate governance principles as laid down by law.
