Publication of a transparency notification

Intervest Offices & Warehouses announces having received two collective transparency notification (dated 6 December 2023 and 12 December 2023 respectively) from JPMorgan Chase & Co. By virtue of the transfer of financial instruments that are treated as voting securities at 4 December 2023, the threshold of 5% has been crossed. Subsequently, by virtue of the transfer of voting securities or voting rights at 7 December 2023, the threshold of 3% has been crossed.
