The well-being of its employees is of great importance to Intervest and is also laid down in the 2020 sustainability report. In order to promote well-being, various initiatives have already been taken with regard to personal growth, health and work-life balance for the Intervest team. In addition to the well-being of his own team, the well-being of the larger community is also an important concern. In this context Intervest commits itself to a number of good causes.

This year the Red Cross was chosen as the main charity. After all, assistance from the Red Cross is needed more than ever. In the last few months they have been essential for the transport of sick patients, logistical support in the care sector and for testing patients on COVID-19. The need for extra resources is therefore high and Intervest wants to meet this need. In addition to the financial support, we will support the Red Cross by organising a blood collection campaign in Greenhouse Mechelen on 9 November.

In addition to the Red Cross, Intervest supports two other organisations: A touch of Rose and Feestvarken vzw, these are close to the hearts of our own employees.
