Publication of a transparency notification

BlackRock Inc., BlackRock Advisors (UK) Ltd., BlackRock Advisors LLC, BlackRock Asset Management Canada Ltd., BlackRock Financial Management Inc., BlackRock Fund Advisors, BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, National Association, BlackRock Investment Management (Australia) Ltd., BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Ltd., and BlackRock Japan Co. Ltd.

By virtue of the transfer of shares at 1 November 2023, the limit of 5% has been crossed. Subsequently, by virtue of the transfer of shares at 6 November 2023, the threshold has fallen below the limit of 5%.
