Publication of a transparency notification

On 13 November 2023, Intervest Offices & Warehouses received a transparency notification dated 10 November 2023 from European Real Estate Holdings NV showing that it holds 17.13% of the voting rights and equivalent financial instruments in Intervest pursuant to the acquisition or transfer of equivalent financial instruments, consequently exceeding the 15% notification threshold.
